Financial Advice Coach
Our client is transforming how Australians access digital financial advice and we're looking for a Coach to be the welcoming face of their business. You will engage directly with retail and individual clients using their Digital Advice platform, delivering an outstanding service experience from the very first interaction.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in financial planning or client service who loves helping people understand their options, take action, and feel confident about their financial journey.
About the Role
As a Coach, you'll meet with clients online (30–60 minutes) once they have purchased a single-topic advice document or completed a factual report. You'll guide them through their report, answer their general advice questions, educate them on their options, and assist with implementing recommendations without providing personal advice.
For clients needing comprehensive advice, you'll triage and connect them to our financial advice partners. You'll also work closely with internal teams, improve processes, and contribute to the development of our client engagement framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service during online meetings, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and professional impression.
- Provide

- Continuously review and improve client engagement processes and service delivery.
- Liaise with external service providers, superannuation, investment, and insurance providers for research and record management.
- Contribute to projects, including creating and refining advice documents.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through training programs provided by our client.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in the financial planning industry, ideally as a qualified financial adviser (no longer on the ASIC Financial Adviser Register), or in a client service/implementation role for 3+ years.
- RG 146 qualification (preferred).
- Proven ability to work in and build collaborative teams.
- Strong digital skills and confidence using multiple platforms without supervision.
- Experience conducting training sessions or presentations online and in person.

- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
