What you'll be doing…

You will complete a Certificate III in Business through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and our host employer, The Orthopaedic Clinic.

Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:

• Professionally manage incoming phone calls and the business inbox, ensuring emails are efficiently triaged to the appropriate team members.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments with clarity and care.
• Support daily operations by handling mail, maintaining stock levels, ordering supplies and keeping workspaces organised and presentable.
• Carry out other duties that are within the limits of trainee skills, competence and ability as required

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:

• Commitment to both on and off the job training.
• Be a friendly and confident communicator who can build rapport with patients easily.
• Be proactive and show strong initiative in daily tasks as well as be able to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Be an attentive listener with excellent interpersonal skills.
