Junior Personal Assistant – Small Business Owner (Bulleen, VIC)

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive and tech-savvy Junior Personal Assistant to support a small business owner working from a home office in Bulleen.

This is a varied, hands-on role — perfect for someone who loves organising, helping, and learning new things every day.

Responsibilities

  • Packing and organising skincare products and stock
  • Checking and managing emails
  • Organising workspace and supplies
  • Researching business ideas and sourcing products
  • Handling admin and data entry tasks
  • Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Assisting with personal and business organisation

About You

  • Recently completed high school or university
  • "Helper" personality — proactive and resourceful
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Tech-savvy (comfortable with computers, email, and Google apps)
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic
