About the Role

Moer Plastering is a family-owned business specialising in all areas of solid plastering and rendering. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Plasterer to join our highly skilled team.

As an apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of solid plastering—building your skills from the ground up.

We are a close-knit team where a positive attitude and a good sense of humour are always welcomed. This is more than just a job; it's the start of a long-term career in the construction industry, equipping you with skills that are—and will always be—in high demand.

What You'll Learn

Hands-on training across all aspects of the trade, including:

• Traditional sand/cement & acrylic render

• Texture finishes

• White set/hard wall plaster

• Venetian plaster

• Microcement application

• Reading site plans & drawings

• High-quality surface preparation

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in the building trades and a desire to learn the art of plastering

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work

• Good work ethic and willingness to learn

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

• Reliable, punctual, and able to closely follow instructions

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• White Card (or willingness to obtain one if successful)

• A current driver's licence and own transport
