We're Hiring: Apprentices, Tradesmen & Labourers

FineLine Rendering Co. is expanding Due to continued company growth, we're seeking motivated individuals to join our team. We have multiple positions available, including Renderers, Cladders, Solid Plasterers, Carpenters, and General Labourers.

Whether you're experienced in the trade or looking to start a new career, we'd love to hear from you. On-the-job training is provided for the right candidates.

FineLine Rendering Co. is a leading South Australian business specialising in high-quality walling solutions — including cladding, rendering, solid plastering, and Venetian plaster finishes. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering outstanding results for our clients.

The Roles

You'll be working on residential and commercial projects across Adelaide, assisting with or leading various aspects of the rendering and cladding process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing surfaces for rendering and cladding.

* Mixing and applying render and associated materials.

* Assisting tradesmen on-site with daily tasks.

* Following company safety policies and site procedures.

* Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

What We're Looking For

* Experience in rendering, cladding, carpentry, or construction labouring (preferred but not essential).

* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

* Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

* Ability to work well in a team environment.

* White Card required (or willingness to obtain).

* Must have a reliable vehicle and driver's licence.

* Willingness to travel to various job sites.
