What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to promote our programs
  • Manage and grow our presence on key social media platforms
  • Create and distribute content aligned with our brand voice and values
  • Generate leads through organic and paid strategies (training provided)
  • Track and optimise campaign performance
  • Attend weekly development sessions via Zoom
  • Share stories and insights that connect with a purpose-led audience

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media
  • Strong writing, branding, and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools
  • Passion for personal development and conscious messaging
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented, and aligned with value-based leadership
  • Experience working independently with a strong sense of accountability
