We're looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our in-office team at Jade Finance.

Thisposition is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, a creative mindset, and a genuine interest in marketing, design, and copywriting. You'll support our experienced marketing team across a wide range of digital and print projects.


About the Role

You'll assist the marketing team across multiple creative and administrative areas, including:

  • Assisting with social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing activities
  • Writing and editing marketing copy, including social media captions, short articles, and promotional content
  • Helping to design and produce on-brand marketing materials for print and digital platforms
  • Using Google Drive Suite to create and manage documents, presentations, and graphics
  • Coordinating co-branded campaigns and materials with partner businesses
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly
  • Supporting Senior Marketers with campaign planning, approvals, and administration
  • Working collaboratively with a team of marketers, designers, and developers to deliver quality results

This on-location position at our Varsity Lakes office offers flexibility — available as full-time or part-time, depending on your skills and availability.


What We're Looking For
  • Proficiency in Google Drive Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Strong interest in copywriting, social media, and digital marketing
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy
  • A keen eye for design, layout, and presentation
  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Proactive, confident, and passionate, with a willingness to learn new skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
