About The Role
We're looking for a proactive Sales & Client Engagement Consultant to connect with individuals exploring leadership development and flexible career options. You'll handle warm enquiries, guide people through an information process, and support them in understanding whether our development pathways are suitable for their goals.

This is a self-directed role designed for individuals who thrive in performance-based environments and who are motivated by both personal and professional growth.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to warm enquiries and hold structured conversations
  • Understand each person's goals and share relevant program information
  • Guide prospects through a clear qualification and follow-up process
  • Book individuals into the next step of the enquiry funnel
  • Maintain accurate notes and manage your own pipeline
  • Join regular training designed to strengthen communication, leadership, and consultative selling skills

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in sales, marketing, recruitment, HR, coaching, or people-facing roles
  • Confident communicator with a clear, professional approach
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable working independently
  • Able to manage a remote workflow and follow a structured process
