Support Desk Engineer

What You'll Be Doing- Be the first point of contact for client support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with confidence and care.
- Escalate complex problems to our specialist teams when needed.
- Keep detailed records to ensure smooth follow-ups.
- Contribute ideas to improve our support processes.
- Help roll out new technologies and train users when required.
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, ideally within the ICT industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for thinking outside the box.
- Clear and friendly communication, especially with non-technical users.
- Familiarity with productivity tools, remote support platforms, and ticketing systems.
- A genuine passion for customer service and continuous learning.
