Globe Construction, located in Karratha, is a contractor specialising in civil and building construction. We undertake projects in the mining and resources industries across Western Australia.

Globe Construction is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications for this Position:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering

  • At least two years of experience in concrete, civil, and structural projects

  • Proven expertise in civil, structural, and concrete workS

  • Experience in scheduling

  • Experience with wharfing projects is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities as a Site Engineer:

  • Managing site schedules while ensuring all team members adhere to departmental deadlines and requirements

  • Providing support to the Project Manager and Construction Manager as needed

  • Delivering regular updates to various departments to facilitate effective communication

  • Evaluating construction processes and requirements to enhance project efficiency

  • Proposing innovative engineering and construction solutions

  • Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurately calculating the quantity of materials and resources required

  • Overseeing Quality Assurance and Quality Control to meet project standards

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

  • Excellent verbal, written & technological skills

  • Strong time management and organisational abilities

  • Extensive knowledge and skills in Quality Management and Assurance

  • A solid engineering foundation

  • The ability to analyze and solve complex issues with a logical approach
