They provide treatment plants and technology to municipal and industrial end users in the F&B, mining, municipal, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors across Australia.

The company deliver the highest level of engineering and scientific know-how to the emerging issues of sustainability, climate adaptation and environmental protection with a specific focus on water and wastewater.

Position Overview:

Due to continued growth, our client's aftercare and support business is seeking a dedicated
Wastewater Operations Support Engineer
covering the Brisbane Metro area. This role combines technical expertise with customer service excellence to ensure optimal performance of water treatment systems across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site assessments, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting for wastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Manage chemical dosing programs and monitor system performance across industries such as mineral processing, infrastructure, food and beverage, and manufacturing.
  • Support customers post installation and commissioning with any troubleshooting and aftercare requirements
  • Provide clients with technical reports and recommendations for system improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Respond promptly to customer service requests and emergency situations.
  • Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all client systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering or demonstrable hands on experience as an Operator.
  • Experience in water & wastewater treatment systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Certification in water treatment technologies preferred.
