About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Dispensary Technician to join our award-winning team at Docs Megasave Chemist Newcastle. Working in a fast-paced dispensary, you'll work closely alongside our Dispensary Manager supporting our Pharmacist's, assisting with prescription processing, customer enquiries, and help ensuring the dispensary runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Pharmacist and Dispensary Manager in the day-to-day running of the dispensary
  • Accurately dispensing prescriptions under supervision of the Pharmacist
  • Delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Stock control
  • Completing dispensary administration tasks efficiently

About You:

  • Passionate about pharmacy and customer service
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience as a Dispensary Technician
  • Certificate III in Community Pharmacy and current S2/S3 Certificate
