The Role:

A great opportunity exists for a Kitchen Attendant to join our Kitchen team. You will report directly to the Executive Chef and be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in our Kitchen areas.

This is a casual role offering 20-30 hours per week requiring flexible availability to work shifts during the week and on weekends ranging between 9am starts to 11pm finishes. 

Key tasks include:

  • Operation of an Industrial Dishwasher
  • Cleaning & washing up responsibilities
  • Manual Handling
  • Correct application of chemicals for cleaning purposes
  • Supporting the Chefs with food preparation and general kitchen duties
  • Compliance with Food Safety

What does the Club need from me?

  • Previous experience in a Kitchen environment
  • Understanding of Health, Safety & Environment and Food Hygiene procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience working in a team environment
  • Prior experience working in a high volume environment
  • Be self motivated and energetic
