The Anchorage Hotel & Spa is a haven of laid-back luxury on the shores of Port Stephens, offering intuitive service and bespoke experiences from Spa Lucca to The Galley Kitchen. The Galley Kitchen is our bright all-day diner; Moby's Bar features fine whiskies, cocktails and wines; The Poolside Bar offers refreshing drinks and light nibbles.

Duties

We are seeking multiple casual Food & Beverage Attendants and Poolside Attendants to join our inclusive team and help provide memorable experiences for guests. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
  • Set restaurant in line with bookings and customer requests
  • Break down and clean the restaurant
  • Prepare and serve barista-standard coffee
  • Provide full fine dining table service
  • Prepare and serve beverages; including cocktails and wine presentation
  • Facilitate room service, taking orders and delivery
  • Follow RSA government legislation requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness of front-of-house areas
  • Set up and break down of functions and events on site
About You

You are polished, personable and attentive to detail. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, manage multiple priorities and communicate with confidence ensures an exceptional guest journey. Previous restaurant/cafe experience is desirable, but the right attitude and attention to detail are most important.

Additional Information

This role operates across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Certifications Required: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
