What we're looking for
We're looking for exceptional candidates who are passionate about providing therapeutic care to kids and contributing positively to their overall well-being.

So, what does a Youth Worker do?
- Provide emotional support and guidance via a therapeutic model of care
- Support a child/young person's well-being and development
- Act as a positive role model
- Provide school support with homework and projects
- Assist with daily routines and attend appointments
- Responding to and managing crises (including reporting)

Essential requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Have completed or enrolled to complete a Cert IV in a relevant field
- A valid Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A valid National Police or Crime Check
- A current driver's license (P2s and above) with a fully registered vehicle
- Provide First-Aid and CPR Certificates
- Have completed or willing to complete PeakCare's "Hope and Healing" framework certificate
