We're on a hunt for an experienced
Senior Brand Manager
with solid creative and process organisation skills to join our Brand team.
As the Senior Brand Manager – Brand Campaigns at ING Australia, you'll lead the development and execution of through-the-line brand campaigns that elevate ING's presence across Retail, Business, and Wholesale Banking, as well as Internal Communications and HR. Reporting to the Head of Brand, you'll collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to craft compelling brand propositions, media plans, and creative assets. You'll be responsible for delivering insight-led campaigns aligned with ING's LEAP strategy, introducing AI-driven efficiencies, and ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with over 10 years of experience in brand development, marketing, and campaign execution—ideally within financial services or a fast-paced agency environment. You bring a strong track record of leading large-scale, insight-led brand campaigns from concept to delivery, with a deep understanding of customer-first thinking and data-driven decision making. You're confident managing cross-functional teams and agency partners, and skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments. Your ability to simplify experiences, drive innovation, and foster collaboration will help elevate ING's brand. You're organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic settings, with a passion for storytelling and a bias for action.
Ready to make an impact?
