You will be looking to build brand connections with chocolate consumers across New Zealand, by executing brand strategies aligning to the company strategy and vision. This role will be instrumental in our successful growth in our journey to spread sweetness and joy in NZ, through our world-class chocolates.
About the Role:
We are searching for a Senior Brand Manager to nourish and grow Lindt's brands in the New Zealand Market.
Partnering with our Commercial Sales Director – NZ, you will lead the strategy for the Lindt Brand in the New Zealand Market, working closely with our local NZ distributor partner. The heart of this role is to nurture and steer the Marketing plans and activities for Lindt Brands in the warm embrace of the New Zealand market. With a focus on cultivating connections and Enchanting the World with Chocolate, we aim to not only meet but exceed annual sales, profit, and Market share goals.
This is a new role within Lindt, which creates an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to help shape this role and make a significant contribution to our business. This role will be stationed at our Head Office in Sydney, NSW, with the potential for relocation to Sydney for the ideal candidate.
What you will bring:
- A diverse Marketing background, with minimum 5years with experience in Media, NPD, instore activations, and consumer research.
- An understanding of the NZ retailer market and consumer behaviour.
- Strong commercial acumen, with an entrepreneurial spirit to find via insights growth opportunities.
- Exceptional time management skills, and strong project management skills to manage a diverse range of brands.
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with all key stakeholders.
