We currently have 2 positions available to join our Machine Shop team in Melrose Park.

About the Role

This hands-on role will see you working in our busy machine shop alongside experienced team members. You will operate woodworking machinery, with a focus on NC-controlled machines. Previous experience is highly regarded, but we will also consider candidates with strong woodworking or machine shop backgrounds who are willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate woodworking machinery including NC-controlled machines
  • Produce components to required quality and production standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Adapt to changing workloads and priorities

About You

  • Previous woodworking or machine shop experience
  • Experience with NC-controlled machines (preferred) or willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused
