Operations Support Officer

Leed is an award-winning, privately-owned engineering and construction company delivering key infrastructure projects and recognised for its expertise in the water sector. To support this project delivery, we are currently seeking a suitably experienced Operations Support Officer to join our plant and equipment division which manages a fleet of earthmoving and on highway plant.
As the Operations Support Officer, you will provide a high level of coordination and administrative support for Leed Plant's workshop maintenance and repair activities, plant hire and transportation operations. This role will suit a candidate with a sound level of administration experience, preferably within the automotive or heavy machinery industry.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Sourcing suitable suppliers for vehicle and plant repairs.
- Managing the supplier relationship, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collate and enter timesheets into Leed Plant operating systems.
- Provide administrative support to projects for the maintenance and servicing of plant.
- Data entry ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Maintaining data registers and provision of daily/weekly and monthly reports.
- Developing and maintaining internal procedure and process documentation.
- General reception and administration duties, including overall office maintenance.
- Prior fleet management exposure, as well as data-entry experience using Workbench or a similar project management program, will be highly advantageous.
This position requires someone who is a process driven team player with great administration skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be professional, resourceful, and prepared to go over and above to provide an outstanding level of coordination and support to the workshop and project teams.

The successful candidate will be subject to the satisfactory completion of pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening.
