Position Overview

As a Travel Consultant, you will assist clients with travel planning, handle flight and hotel bookings, and design personalized travel packages. The role requires attention to detail, a passion for travel, and the ability to create smooth, stress-free journeys for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to understand travel needs.
  • Prepare and present customized travel itineraries.
  • Book international and domestic flights, hotels, and tours.
  • Manage visa applications and travel insurance.
  • Maintain relationships with airline partners and tour operators.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve client inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in travel consulting or a related customer service role.
  • Strong knowledge of major destinations and airline systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English
  • Customer-focused with strong organizational skills.
