Wardrobe Refractories is seeking a reliable and keen-to-learn individual to join our team as a Refractory Assistant.

Based in Greater Sydney with only occasional travel, this entry-level role offers the perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a unique trade. What You'll Bring:

  • Experience on blue collar worksites
  • White Card (required)
  • Confined Space ticket (required, or willing to obtain)
  • Valid Driver's Licence (required)
  • Forklift licence (bonus but not essential)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with physical work and varied tasks
  • Team player who's friendly, respectful and reliable
