As the Talent Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective attraction and recruitment services across Council. You'll create compelling marketing campaigns and develop recruitment strategies that attract high calibre candidates and position Council as an employer of choice. Working in collaboration with stakeholders, you'll provide advice and support and use your expertise to enhance the recruitment experience for both hiring managers and candidates. You'll use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver data-driven insights that guide decision-making and support best practice outcomes. You're passionate about building and retaining a talented and diverse workforce that is dedicated to serving our local community and contributing to the long-term success of Council.

The annual salary range for this position is $94, $98,910.82 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

What we're looking for
-
Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognised University.

Experience in delivering recruitment, attraction and selection services within a large organisation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and work in partnership to achieve results.

Strong time management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities in a high-volume environment.

Proven ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and policy to resolve complex issues and elevate recruitment outcomes.

Understanding of and commitment to Council's Organisational Value and Behaviour of accountability.
