About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and motivated Junior AV/IT Engineer to join our Brisbane team.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone early in their career or a recent graduate looking to build hands-on experience in Audio Visual and IT systems.

You'll support our Queensland-based clients and assist with the day-to-day operations of our Brisbane office, working alongside experienced engineers who will provide on-the-job training and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote support for client systems
  • Undertake proactive IT and infrastructure maintenance
  • Respond to IT and infrastructure break/fix requests
  • Complete monthly reporting and maintenance tasks
  • Assist with AV and IT project installations and upgrades

Skills & Experience

  • Genuine interest in Audio Visual technologies and IT systems
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and teamwork abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Suitable for recent graduates or those early in their career - full training provided
