Our client, a well-regarded national firm and trusted business advisory expert, is seeking an
experienced Legal Secretary
(3+ years) to join their dynamic Canberra office.

The Role:

This
full-time position
currently supports
one Partner plus a Senior Associate,
with an additional Partner joining in 2026. You'll work closely with another PA to ensure smooth operations and provide high-quality administrative support across the areas of Corporate, Litigation and International Arbitration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document formatting and file management
  • Email and calendar coordination
  • Billing and time-entry assistance
  • Business development administration support
  • Drafting routine correspondence for lawyer review
  • Finalising documents in firm brand and style before distribution
