What's the role?

You'll be at the heart of supporting one of Australia's most vital assets – our Agribusiness Customers. As a Senior Relationship Manager based in Dubbo, NSW, you'll manage relationships with industry leaders and innovate new ways to support large businesses with lending needs from $3M to $50M. This full-time role offers you the chance to make a real impact, with the backing of our dedicated Agribusiness team.

  • Expertise in Agribusiness : You know the sector inside out.
  • People Skills : You're a natural at building and maintaining relationships.
  • Credit Skills : Strong in cashflow lending, balance sheet, and deal structuring.
  • Business Development : Proven track record in acquiring new customers.
  • Network : A well-established network of referral sources.
