PitFit Rozelle is actively looking for some top quality Specialty Coaches to run classes & potentially grow their 1-1 PT business

We have 4 specialty sessions, you do not need to be able in all but ideally we would want someone confident in coaching 2 of the styles of sessions (all training will be provided)

FIGHT PIT:

  • Boxing / MMA/ Kickboxing / Grappling
  • The session is more specialised than a large gym boxercise class but not as intense or skill focused as a boxing/mma gym, it is a good balance
  • These sessions run for 45minutes

LIFT PIT:

  • Resistance training in a superset format
  • 6 exercises split up into supersets on 3 stations
  • Can be targeted for strength, hypertrophy or both depending on the clients attending the session
  • 45 minutes

HIGH PERFORMANCE:

  • HIIT training, Circuit format, Full body Athletic
  • Reaction timing, speed, agility, power, explosiveness
  • 45 minutes

COMPOSURE:

  • Yoga/Pilates/Mobility
  • Core, stability, flexibility
  • 45 minutes

This role is a hybrid role which includes:

  • Running a mix of classes that you are comfortable coaching (Fight, Lift, Performance, Composure)
  • Covering reception duties whilst on shift & handling walk in enquiries efficiently

A suitable candidate should:

  • Be genuinely passionate about health & fitness as well as care for their clients
  • Have a
    minimum
    of cert 3 in Fitness & preferably Cert 4 and more
  • First Aid & CPR valid
  • Be a great communicator & take constructive feedback to become a better coach
  • Have great rapport building & customer service skills
  • Treat everyone with respect
  • Be extremely reliable, responsible, punctual & professional
  • Experience with some of sales is a bonus (training will be provided)

Pay:

  • Class rates: $40 per class
  • All the earnings of your own external self recruited clients (when on PT contract*)
