What You'll Need:

For the Senior role

  • Preferencing is more of the SA skills, but a SE-biased candidate would be considered as long as there was a willingness and ability to work across both.
  • 7-12 years' experience in SA or SE roles
  • 3-5 years of team leading experience of a SESA team
  • 5 plus years of stakeholder engagement

For the Engineer role

  • Bias is more towards SA skills, but a SE-biased candidate would be considered as long as there was a willingness and ability to work across both.
  • 3-5 years' experience in SA or SE roles

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical/ Electro-mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Communication, or similar
  • Master's degree or professional certifications are advantageous.
  • Working experience interpreting and applying relevant standards.
  • Solid communication skills, including business writing and presentations.
  • Working knowledge of safety demonstration processes.
  • Good analytical and judgment skills for solving complex problems and evaluating alternative solutions
