About the role:

Are you passionate about the outdoors and take pride in creating vibrant, welcoming public spaces? We are looking for a dedicated Parks and Gardens Team Member to help maintain and enhance our stunning foreshore and CBD areas across Busselton, Dunsborough, Yallingup, and Port Geographe.

This is your chance to work in one of WA's most picturesque regions, contributing to the presentation and safety of spaces enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. This is a full time role working 76 hours over a 9 day fortnight.

What you'll be doing:

As part of our Foreshore/CBD team, you'll be hands-on in maintaining high-quality public spaces through:

  • Gardening & Landscaping: weeding, pruning, mulching, pest control, turf care, planting.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: litter collection, graffiti removal, BBQ cleaning, debris removal.
  • Infrastructure Support: Assisting with playground upkeep, irrigation checks and painting.
  • Event Support: Helping with setup and pack-down for community events.
  • Public Interaction: Responding to enquiries and assisting with lost property.

As the successful applicant you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in horticulture or landscaping
  • Confidence using small plant and equipment
  • Strong teamwork and communition skills
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Hold a HR / MR Class Drivers Licence, White Card and a National Police Clearance
