What You'll Be Doing
- Propagating plants by seed and cuttings
- Seed collecting
- Potting on and activities related to plant maintenance.
- Pruning, mulching, planting, fertilizing
- Manual and chemical weed control
- Operating horticultural equipment
- Attending toolbox safety meetings
- Maintaining work quality to City standards
- Participating in supervised training activities
- Updating your training journal regularly

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a motivated trainee with a passion for horticulture. You'll ideally bring:
- Interest in horticulture and outdoor work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and safety-aware
- Minimum school leaving age
- National Police Clearance (under 3 months)
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Current C Class Driver's Licence (desirable)
