Reception & Administration Clerk

About the Role

A rare opportunity has come about for a full time Reception & Administration Clerk to join our professional, friendly and highly successful team at CMV Truck & Bus Albury/Wodonga. As the friendly face of our dealership, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and with sound organisational and computer skills, you will provide administrative support to our busy team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls
• Greet and assist walk-in visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct regular and routine administrative functions
• Prepare correspondence and co-ordinate periodical reports for managers
• Maintain the Site Pass System by monitoring visitor & supplier access

• Completing financial and general administration duties including but not limited to;

• Administrative duties for all other departments

• Management of our customer & contractor management systems

• Assist with accounts payable & receivable functions

• Assist in the preparation of a variety of reports for management

• Onsite Health and Safety Administration

Skills and Experience

• Retail industry experience in automotive or related industry
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team orientated approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
• Good standard of data entry skills and an eye for detail
• Professional presentation skills
• Previous experience in a customer facing role will be highly regarded
