About the role

This role is responsible for managing the registration and licensing of vehicles sold through the car dealership.

Working closely with the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the vehicle registrations are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

What you'll be doing

  • Registering and licensing vehicles in a timely and efficient manner
  • Updating and maintaining vehicle registration records and documentation
  • Liaising with government agencies to ensure all vehicle registrations are compliant
  • Supporting the sales team by managing the administrative aspects of vehicle handovers
  • Ad hoc administration tasks

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional manner
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
