We're looking for a confident, capable leader to take on a hybrid Area Manager role across multiple high-performing Elevate Salon locations.

If you're a senior hairdresser or salon manager ready to lead teams, grow people, and drive performance—while still earning on the floor—this role is your next big step.


What You'll Be Doing:

On the Floor (~70%)

  • Deliver outstanding service to your own loyal clientele
  • Be a mentor and example to junior stylists
  • Drive salon performance from the front line

Leadership & Management (~30%)

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding & team retention
  • Manage KPIs, rosters, stock, and service standards
  • Coach, train and develop staff across multiple sites
  • Work closely with the salon owner to execute growth strategy

Who You Are:
  • Qualified senior stylist 10+ years' experience + proven management experience
  • Cert IV in Training and Asessment or Proven track record of delivering continuous eduction
  • Confident leading people and coaching performance
  • Strong with productivity, retail KPIs, and operational follow-through
  • Calm under pressure, driven by solutions, and motivated by growth
  • Ready to step up, take ownership, and build something bigger
