About the Roles

We have multiple positions available for motivated and skilled individuals to join our growing Illawarra team:

  1. Manager / Site Supervisor – Oversee and coordinate pool installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. Lead on-site teams, liaise with clients, and manage day-to-day operations.
  2. Pool Installer / Labourer – Assist in all stages of pool installation from site preparation to completion, maintaining high-quality workmanship and supporting the team in delivering outstanding results.

Both roles require a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a customer-first attitude.


Key Responsibilities

Manager / Site Supervisor

  • Oversee pool installations from start to finish, ensuring adherence to plans, quality standards, and schedules
  • Lead, mentor, and manage on-site teams
  • Liaise with clients and head office to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors

Pool Installer / Labourer

  • Carry out all labouring and technical tasks involved in fibreglass pool installations, including site preparation, levelling, and concreting
  • Operate and maintain company tools and machinery within guidelines
  • Keep work areas, vehicles, and equipment neat, tidy, and presentable
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and work effectively as part of a team
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety on site

About You

Manager / Site Supervisor

  • Previous experience in pool installation, construction, or related trades
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to coordinate teams and manage projects independently
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A valid driver's licence is essential
  • HR licence desired

Pool Installer / Labourer

  • Experience in pool installation, landscaping, or general construction preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work in a physical, outdoor role in varying conditions
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Strong practical skills with hand and power tools
  • A valid driver's licence is essential
  • HR licence desired
