Are you a skilled tradesperson with a sharp eye and steady hands? Ready to take the lead and be recognised for your experience? We're looking for a Team Leader – Mould & Plug Building to drive performance and guide our crew across our Jandakot and Bibra Lake manufacturing sites.

This is your chance to lead a key crew in a hands-on role, building the moulds behind Australia's most iconic fibreglass pools.

What you'll be doing

• Leading day-to-day operations and supervising a team of mould and plug builders

• Constructing, assembling and finishing high-quality fibreglass pool and spa moulds

• Allocating tasks, overseeing quality, and providing on-the-job coaching and support

• Identifying and solving production issues on the ground

• Coordinating with other departments to maintain workflow

• Creating a team culture that values pride in work, safety, and collaboration

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in fibreglass plug or mould building (marine, manufacturing or similar)

• Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a supervisor role

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings with confidence

• Hands-on attitude and willingness to lead from the floor

• Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement

• Physically fit and ready to take on a fast-paced trade environment

• Forklift licence or confined space ticket (advantageous but not essential)
