Your Role

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs, and individuals using Xero and BGL platforms
  • Managing your own portfolio of clients and providing proactive, tailored advice
  • Reviewing and mentoring junior accountants to ensure quality outcomes
  • Liaising with the ATO, ASIC, and other authorities on client matters
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and deliver greater client value

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years' experience in business services/tax within public practice
  • CA/CPA qualified (or near completion)
  • Strong technical tax and accounting skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset
