Business Services Senior Accountant - Brisbane Office

Forvis Mazars' Business Services team has an opportunity for an enthusiastic Senior Accountant. About The Job
  • Preparation of financial statements, income tax returns, group tax summary and loan summary for corporate and family groups including Trusts, Companies, Partnerships, Individuals & SMSF's.
  • Preparation of payroll tax returns, FBT returns, activity statements.
  • Working as part of a team where you will work closely with other intermediate and senior business services accountants.
  • Use of MYOB suite and Xero.
  • Liaising with clients and other external service providers.
  • Develop your knowledge with U Learn, the Forvis Mazars individualised learning platform.
About You
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in Business Services within an Australian accounting firm.
  • Completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree (or equivalent).
  • Completion of CA or CPA qualification.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in delegating and reviewing junior team member's work (essential).
  • Willingness to lead and learn.
