THE ROLE
The Business Solution Manager, Pacific role leads a team of banking domain consultants in designing and delivering innovative solutions that drive client confidence and business growth. This role works closely with sales, services, and product teams to develop tailored software solutions that align with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and banks' strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in banking, strong leadership capabilities, and best practices in sales engagement. Additionally, they possess a keen understanding of emerging technologies and can effectively articulate business value to stakeholders.

OPPORTUNITIES

  • You will lead and mentor a team of banking domain consultants to design fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • You will develop and position banking solutions that address client needs, resolve business challenges, deliver tangible value, and align with market trends.
  • You will create compelling value propositions that highlight return on investment (ROI) and competitive differentiation.
  • You will drive deal success through impactful solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (PoCs), and client engagements.
  • You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, services, product, and executive teams to ensure seamless solution alignment and execution.
  • You will stay ahead of emerging technologies and communicate their business impact effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Skills

  • You should have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • You should have 8+ years of experience in banking or financial technology, with a strong background in business solutions and consulting.
  • You should have expertise in core banking domains such as lending, deposits, payments, and wealth management.
  • You should have proven leadership in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and balancing priorities.
  • You should have strong ability to craft and articulate compelling value propositions.
  • You should have deep understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on financial services.
  • You should have familiarity with Temenos Transact, Digital, Payments, Wealth, and AI is an advantage.
  • You should be willing to travel as required.
