Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Entain Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Who We Are

At Entain Australia & New Zealand, we're fearless in transforming racing, sports, and entertainment – and our People Team is no different. As part of a global powerhouse in 40+ countries, we're home to iconic brands like TAB NZ, Ladbrokes, and neds, and we're redefining how talent, systems, and culture come together to drive results.

Entain, there's nothing like it

Your Impact

Join a team that leads from the front. As our HR Projects Specialist, you'll coordinate and support the delivery of impactful people projects, help optimise HR processes, and act as a trusted advisor on our core systems.

You'll be a key player in transforming the way our People Team delivers value across Australia and New Zealand. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about continuous improvement, this is your next move

Key Responsibilities

Based in our Bowen Hills HQ with a flexible hybrid model, you'll work within the HR Transformation & Change team, supporting the rollout of initiatives that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

You'll:

  • Lead the coordination and delivery of cross-functional HR projects, from planning through to execution.
  • Analyse, document, and improve people-related processes, identifying opportunities for automation or simplification.
  • Support change management activities, including developing training materials, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for HR systems, responding to queries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Technology, and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and seamless system updates.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making.

Skills and Experience

You're someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology — a natural organiser and communicator who's excited to drive meaningful change.

You bring:

  • Proven experience coordinating or supporting people-related projects or process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (ideally Oracle HCM or similar), and a comfort with data and systems troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills, including process mapping and reporting.
  • Exposure to change management methodologies or stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging across HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
  • A high level of attention to detail, especially when working with sensitive or confidential information.

Life at Entain

At Entain, it's more than a job – it's a place to grow, be yourself, and make a genuine impact. We create a safe, inclusive environment where your ideas matter, and where your contribution supports innovation and success across our business.

Perks You'll Love

  • Hybrid & Flexible Working: Work hard, play smart.
  • Wellbeing Perks: Support for your health and happiness.
  • Workday Extras: complimentary finger food, snacks, and beverages.
  • Office Vibes: Pool tables, live sports, and fun social clubs.
