HR Project Manager – Business Transformation

We're partnering with a respected not-for-profit organisation undergoing a significant business transformation. They are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead a people-focused change initiative
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, delivery schedule, and benefits framework
- Lead organisational change involving corporate staff transitions and systems impact
- Conduct benefits analysis across varied employee conditions and enterprise agreements (e.g., workcover premiums, entitlements)
- Collaborate with digital and systems teams to translate change impacts
- Engage effectively with executive stakeholders across diverse entities
- Apply change management methodologies (PROSCI preferred) to support adoption and minimise disruption
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated experience delivering HR projects within transformation programs
- Strong understanding of organisational change, systems integration, and employee benefits structures
- Proven ability to navigate complex environments with multiple business units and enterprise agreements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and planning skills
- Experience in benefits analysis and translating technical impacts into business outcomes
