We're partnering with a respected not-for-profit organisation undergoing a significant business transformation. They are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead a people-focused change initiative

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, delivery schedule, and benefits framework
  • Lead organisational change involving corporate staff transitions and systems impact
  • Conduct benefits analysis across varied employee conditions and enterprise agreements (e.g., workcover premiums, entitlements)
  • Collaborate with digital and systems teams to translate change impacts
  • Engage effectively with executive stakeholders across diverse entities
  • Apply change management methodologies (PROSCI preferred) to support adoption and minimise disruption

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstrated experience delivering HR projects within transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of organisational change, systems integration, and employee benefits structures
  • Proven ability to navigate complex environments with multiple business units and enterprise agreements
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and planning skills
  • Experience in benefits analysis and translating technical impacts into business outcomes
