We are currently seeking empathetic, patient, reliable and caring Casual Disability Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex disabilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
  • Help clients achieve their goals in line with their NDIS plan
  • Provide companionship and emotional support/coregulation.
  • Support clients in the community with transport and participation in social activities
  • Administer and manage medication.

What We're Looking For

  • Applicants must be willing to travel regularly to Gold Coast for work.
  • A genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
  • Good vibes and patience
  • Reliable and responsive team player

Essential Requirements

  • At least 6-12 months experience (lived or professional
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check/ Yellow Card
  • Current Blue Card
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
  • Current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Medication administration certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Qualifications in Disability Support, Community Services, or related field (preferred)
