About the role

We are seeking Truck Driver Allrounder with minimum Heavy Rigid or Heavy Combination (HC) licences to join our team in the Gold Coast, Queensland on either casual or contract basis. We move equipment and machinery both locally and interstate As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods across local and or interstate routes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and growing company in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Operating up to and including heavy combination (HC) vehicles to transport goods across local and interstate routes
  • Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness
  • Adhering to all relevant road rules, safety regulations and company policies
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication with clients
  • Maintaining detailed trip logs and documentation
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles as required

What we're looking for

  • Heavy Rigid / Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence
  • All drivers encouraged to apply
  • Strong knowledge of road rules and safety regulations
  • Excellent driving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • We base most of our work of Monday till Friday with occasional weekend work
