Our service in the heart of the sutherland shire can caters for children 6 weeks and 6 years old and we are looking for an Educator who is experienced, but who are still willing to learn and develop with us. Someone who has a fun and bubbly personality, a willingness to learn and who is a great team player, because we love what we do, and are proud of the culture we have built.

This position is fulltime working Monday to Friday 38 hours/week. Our service operates Monday to Friday 7:00am-6.00pm your flexible availability within those hours will be highly desired.

Successful applicants must:

  • Hold an ACECQA recognised Certificate III Care or be actively studying towards one.
  • Hold a current First Aid and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificate, and Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain it.
  • Have a strong understanding of the Children's Services Regulations, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Be approachable and well respected
  • A solid understanding of early childhood development standards to support physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
