About the Role:

We are seeking a Gluer Operator to join our production team, specializing in applying adhesive and attaching soles to footwear. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply adhesive to soles and uppers according to production standards.
  • Operate gluing equipment and ensure proper adhesion for durability.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Follow safety procedures when handling adhesives and equipment.
