Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and oversee the delivery of nutritious and appealing meals for residents with varied dietary needs
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with dietitians and care staff to ensure resident satisfaction
- Manage ordering, stock control, and menu planning
About You:
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Chef or Senior Chef in aged care, healthcare, or hospitality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and resident wellbeing
