About the Role

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable female Disability Support Worker to support one of our participants in the Penrith area. This role involves providing assistance with daily living activities, community access, while encouraging independence and building positive connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with community access and social activities
  • Encourage independence and skill-building
  • Maintain professional boundaries while fostering a supportive environment
  • Follow NDIS guidelines and company policies

Requirements

  • Female candidates only (participant request)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check / Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) – desirable
  • Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker – preferred
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable car – desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable
