Inventory Lead & Merchandising Specialist - Woden

As an Inventory Lead you will be experienced as a hands-on store support, a dedicated salesperson and an operational superstar. Alongside your Store Management team and Regional Manager, you will drive behind the scenes of this huge store and retail team in Woden, maintaining display and merchandising standards while overseeing receiving / sending stock control

Your personality and professionalism will engage, inspire and motivate your team to achieve store operational standards and requirements. Coming from an extensive retail, sales and / or management background you will have a proven history of consistent and reliable performance, and love the challenge of personal development in a bricks and mortar environment...

What you'll bring...

  • Previous core retail experience in a large format setting ESSENTIAL
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to support and drive a team to meet their sales budgets and KPI's
  • Possess a great and approachable personality
  • Highly confident managing HUGE stock levels
  • Ability to execute planograms and oversee stocktakes
  • A confident and results-driven leader who is prepared to improve the store and take it to the next level
