About The Role

The Storeperson is responsible to assist the Materials Manager in the smooth operation and efficient running of the Materials Department while meeting department's objectives including all delivery and administration of purchasing & Inventory processes.

Please be aware this role includes high level Manual Handling tasks

Some of the responsibilities include

• Prepare daily deliveries through purchase orders
• Checking all incoming products
• Receive stock promptly according to procedures
• Match daily delivery dockets or invoices with purchase orders
• Stocktaking accurately
• Delivery of purchase requests
  
  

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have:

• Basic knowledge in Purchasing/Receiving/Store management preferable
• Abilities to lift moderate to heavy weight
• Basic communication skills
• Experience with food and beverage inventory is preferable
• Ability to work Mondays, wednesdays and fridays
• Potential for flexibility during busy periods
