Firths The Compensation Lawyers are a leading national plaintiff personal injury law firm with a reputation second to none is actively seeking a motivated individual to join our thriving Sydney office.

About the role

You will have experience as a legal assistant or paralegal to join our busy Sydney practice. This is a well-resourced and supported team, as the volume of the practice makes it very fast paced, so you will need to be organised and thrive on being busy.

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

  • preferably have 1 to 2 years plaintiff personal injury legal experience in WC, WID and motor vehicle accidents
  • be able to work 4 days per week
  • have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • be highly organised, can multi-task and meet deadlines
  • love to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment
  • liaise with clients/doctors/government agencies, type letters, court documents, prepare brief to counsel, arranging travel/appointments, diary management
  • have strong Microsoft Office skills
