Our business Aquamech Services in Dutton Park, Brisbane has an exciting employment opportunity available for an electronics engineer / electrician. We specialise in repairing and rebuilding a wide range of pumps, chlorinators, robotic pool cleaners and more. Full training and ongoing development training will be given to the chosen candidate.

This position is suited to a motivated hardworking electronics engineer / electrician. Mechanical trade experience preferred but not necessary. You must be competent in using hand and power tools e.g. drill, grinder etc. You will also need to be able to work on your own as well as part of our team in a high paced environment.

You will need to have a reasonable level of both speaking and understanding English for communication with us and our customers. Customer service experience is necessary.

This is a full-time position.

Please note that we don't expect you to have experience in the 'Pool Industry'. We will train you.

Once you have been trained your job role will be as follows:

Conducting electrical and mechanical diagnosis tests on a range of chlorinators and other related pool equipment

Breaking down chlorinators and other related pool equipment and writing reports for quoting for repairs. You will then call the customer with the quote.

Rebuilding chlorinators with new and reconditioned parts

Electrical test and tag

Assisting to remove and install existing and new pool equipment on site as required for both domestic and commercial customers.
