A.Celli Paper S.p.A. designs, manufactures, and installs machines, systems, and components for the production of Tissue and Paper & Board globally. Their offerings range from turnkey plants to single machines and equipment. Headquarters are in Tuscany, Italy, with main workshops in Italy and China, and service centres in Italy, USA, and China.

**Role Overview**:
Responsible for software installation, troubleshooting, and adjustments to ensure smooth coordination and data exchange across plant equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, commission, and fine-tune software systems.
- Provide after-sales support and training for customers.
- Collaborate with technical departments to resolve problems.
- Interpret and troubleshoot using electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
- Debug/modify PLC or DCS programs; work with AC/DC drive systems.
- Set up and test industrial networks (e.g. DeviceNet, ControlNet, Ethernet).
- Conduct software training for customer operators.

**Required Skills & Knowledge**:

- Self-motivated with ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong planning, organisational, and team-leading capabilities.
- Proficient in reading electrical/pneumatic schematics.
- Skilled in complex troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with LAN networks and PLC devices (Siemens, Rockwell, ABB).
- Knowledge of paper production equipment and systems.
- Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.

**Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma in electrical/electronic technology or a university degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
- 5-10 years’ experience in paper mills or converting industry.
- Prior experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
- Knowledge of English and Italian desirable.
- Willingness to travel, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:
